AOL co-founder and internet pioneer Steve Case is focusing on the internet’s next wave. He believes he has an idea that would “level the playing field” for entrepreneurship across the U.S. In his current project “Rise of the Rest,” Case is touring cities in the middle of the country to invest in promising startups outside of Silicon Valley. How will new partnerships change our daily lives? Soledad O’Brien sits down with Case for a discussion on the future of technological progress and how to spread opportunity across the country.
