Millennials, who make up 38% of the work force, are expected to change jobs more frequently than their parents or grandparents. In this shifting employment landscape, a connection is often more valuable than a stellar resume. Pat Hedley, author of “Meet 100 People,” is challenging millennials to meet 100 new people face-to-face, building a network that relies on more than just a digital connection.
