Ongoing Desegregation Debate Limiting Resources for U.S. Students

Many took it as a promise to integrate U.S. public schools when the Supreme Court handed down their ruling on the 1954 landmark case Brown v. The Board of Education. Yet, the debate over desegregation still rages today — and it’s limiting resources for millions of students. Soledad O’Brien sits down with Erika Wilson, a professor of public policy at the UNC, to discuss why some are still fighting for equality in our public schools.
