Middletown, OH was once on the list of the ten fastest dying cities in America. Today, it is slowly reviving and bringing in new businesses. Yet, with the loss of manufacturing jobs, 24 percent are living in poverty are many of its residents are still living paycheck to paycheck. Butler County, where Middletown is located, is also one of the many counties that came out in strong support for President-elect Donald Trump. Matter of Fact correspondent Jessica Gomez traveled to see how this Rust Belt city is fighting back against the lasting effects of the recession.
