In Wisconsin, voters ousted Republican Governor Scott Walker for Democrat Tony Evers in the 2018 midterms. They also elected a Democratic attorney general. Yet, Republicans in the WI legislature have openly said they don’t trust the governor-elect and have passed laws to limit the power of incoming Democrats. Soledad O’Brien speaks with Mike Wagner about what’s going on and if this power grab will backfire on Republicans.
