The midterm elections are less than two weeks away and which voters show up to the polls will make the difference in several tight races across the country. But both major parties are failing to meaningfully engage minority voters. In fact in 2016, black voter turnout fell for the first time in two decades. But instead of stoking anger, Arisha Hatch from Color of Change, says her organization is trying to engage voters with a positive message of change.
