Following the chaotic caucus in Iowa, all eyes now turning to New Hampshire for the first primary in the nation. Every Democrat who has won both Iowa and New Hampshire has gone on to win the party’s nomination. The only exception to the rule is Bill Clinton, who didn’t win either state in 1992 but still went on to win the nomination. But tens of thousands of potential voters are being kept away from the polls.
