The four-day work week isn’t a new concept, but it’s getting new consideration. A global study of 33 companies that tried a four-day work week showed overwhelming support both from employees and employers. Soledad O’Brien speaks with the study’s researcher Juliet Schor, Ph.D., an economist and professor of sociology at Boston College.
