A multi-state court battle could repeal the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. The Department of Justice says it will not defend the health care law. Should the plaintiffs prevail, millions of Americans could be at risk of losing their coverage or face skyrocketing premiums. Rep. Tom Reed (R-NY), who supports repealing and replacing the law, calling this a mistake. Soledad O’Brien sits down with Rep. Reed to discuss the political implications of repealing the ACA and how losing insurance protections would impact his own family.
