Ashley Spillane, former president of Rock the Vote, and Ryan Girdusky, a writer for Red Alert Politics, say that voters on both sides are tired of the focus on personal characteristics as opposed to the issues at hand. They say other millennials are so dissatisfied with their options that they see no point in voting.
