In response, hundreds of thousands of victims of sexual harassment have shared #MeToo on Facebook and Twitter in a show of solidarity. Many are calling this a tipping point to creating a more open and productive conversation on how to combat toxic workplace cultures. Yet. EEOC Commissioner Chai Feldblum says we as a society still need to take action.
