After months of publicly attacking U.S. intelligence community conclusions that Russia interfered in the U.S. election, President-elect Donald Trump says he now believes Russia was behind the hacks. While speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Trump also expressed confidence that Russia will no longer meddle with U.S. affairs.
