Congressman Carlos Curbelo (R-FL) has a tough fight ahead of him this midterm election. While he won his seat in 2016 with a 12-percentage point margin, his district leans 6 percent Democratic, making it the most Democratic district held by a Republican. A proud Cuban-American he takes policy with Cuba to heart. He says the United States needs to find a way to help the Cuban people, without giving money straight into the hands of the Cuban government. Soledad O’Brien joins him in Miami to discuss where he sees the future of US-Cuba relations, why he disagrees with President Trump on DACA and his efforts to join the democratic Congressional Hispanic Caucus after being formally rejected last year.
