U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials are investigating why one of their agents stopped two U.S. citizens for speaking Spanish last week. The women, both born in America, were paying for food at a gas station near the Canadian border in Montana. Rep. Norma Torres (D-CA), who migrated from Guatemala, calls the incident “racial profiling” and “insulting.”  She joins Soledad O’Brien for a discussion on the thin line between probable cause and racial profiling.
