Across the country voters list health care as a top election issue and politicians are taking notice. Even Republicans who voted against the Affordable Care Act are running campaign ads promising protections for preexisting conditions. Tom Miller is with the American Enterprise Institute, a conservative think tank in Washington. He sits down with Soledad to explain why Republicans have so dramatically changed their position on health care.
