In Montana, Native American women make up 30 percent of all missing women in the state. Yet, they count for just three percent of the population. This follows a national trend where Native American women and girls are disappearing without a trace. Soledad O’Brien sits down with Senator Jon Tester (D-MT) to discuss the plan he’s brought before Congress.
