Iowans are getting ready to head to caucus centers on February 3rd making them the first in the nation to vote for the presidential nominee. It’s not just a matter of order though. Since 1996, the Democratic candidate supported by Iowans went on to win the nomination. Matter of Fact looks at how a state of 3 million residents gained so much power in the nominating field.
