The U.S. Postal Service is set to run out of money by the end of the year. That is unless it gets a $75 billion payout from Congress. Historically, the agency has enjoyed bipartisan support, but now President Trump is threatening to withhold funding. If the national mail service runs out of funding, the ripple effects will be felt across the country, especially in rural America.
