Aaron Sorkin’s new Broadway production of “To Kill A Mockingbird” has become the highest-grossing American play ever. Soledad is joined by one of the play’s stars, Gbenga Akinnagbe, who plays the accused, Tom Robinson. Akinnagbe tells Soledad why the stories of small town lawyer Atticus Finch, his daughter Scout, and his own character, are still relevant more than fifty years after Harper Lee’s Pulitzer Prize winning novel was first published.
